Supply Desk believe children deserve better. We're working with a number of schools which teach and support children and young people from Key Stages 1 - 5 who have been excluded from school, for whom mainstream education is simply not working, or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. Every day our Learning and Behaviour Mentors do incredible work, making a huge difference to some of the most complex and challenging children, many of whom come to learn with some really traumatic backgrounds.

Does this sound like a job role for you? We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and resilient Learning and Behaviour Mentors who have experience of working with young people with complex needs.

The Learning and Behaviour Mentor plays a key role in addressing the barriers to learning for our students, either working 1:1 or with a targeted group of pupils in order to enable them to achieve their full potential. Through innovative, creative and professional practice, you will be able to engage our young people and inspire them to learn new skills and develop their self-esteem. No two days are the same, the pace is very quick and you are encouraged to trial new approaches.

Working with Supply Desk will give you a real chance to change student's lives and we truly believe you will find working here a rewarding experience.
