Now, they’re expanding their pensions operations team and we’re looking for ambitious talent to join them as a Client Pension Associate.
About the Role
As a Client Pension Associate, you’ll become an expert in their pensions service, working closely with experienced pension professionals to ensure our clients receive a seamless and accurate service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help deliver a market-leading pensions offering used by schools, businesses and public sector organisations across the UK.
This role will see you:
- Develop a strong understanding of multiple pension schemes, rules and procedures
- Process client pension changes and monthly returns accurately and on time
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Support continuous improvement and efficiencies across our processes
- Build expert knowledge in both pensions and payroll solutions
