We are seeking an experienced Repairs Coordinator for an estate-based role in South West London. This is a 1-3 month contract with a strong potential to go permanent. You must be immediately available and confident dealing with challenging customers face-to-face, by phone, and via email.

Handling repair requests via phone, email, and in person

Booking appointments and coordinating with contractors

Logging and tracking repairs

Supporting with complaints and disrepair issues

Working with housing and property teams on estate matters
