About the Role We're recruiting for an Estates Surveyor position with a large public-sector organisation managing a diverse rural estate. One Estates Surveyor role focuses on disposals, while the other covers general estates management with team oversight responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage property disposals, including preparing and progressing assets for sale
Deliver estates management across a varied leased portfolio (non-investment)
Negotiate lease renewals and market available units
Support and oversee a small team (circa 3-4 staff)Desired Experience
MRICS qualified (essential)
Experience in local authority disposals or general estates management
Strong landlord & tenant knowledge across varied property types
Comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously in a remote settingWhat's in it for You?
