This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, building strong client relationships, and supporting junior team members within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion

• Supervising and mentoring junior staff on audit assignments

• Preparing and reviewing audit documentation and reports

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working closely with partners and managers to ensure client satisfaction

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified

• At least two years' experience working within a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
