About the Role
Our client, a leading commercial building services provider, operates through regional teams of up to 20 skilled engineers supported by a central technical team. They deliver, service, repair, maintain, and install a full range of commercial building systems across a portfolio of key clients and sites.

As Contract Manager, you'll be the operational and technical bridge between engineers, administration teams, and senior management - ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across your region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support and guidance to field engineers

*

Act as the main point of communication between admin, management, and engineering teams

*

Monitor engineering performance, promoting best practice in H&S, customer care, and technical standards

*

Manage regional workload in line with client KPIs and SLAs

*

Support engineers on-site when required

*

Ensure vehicles, tools, equipment, and calibration devices are properly maintained and compliant

What We're Looking For

*

Time-served NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 Gas Engineer or Plumber

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

*

Confident working independently and as part of a team

*

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems

*

Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Right to work in the UK

*

Able to pass a DBS check
