Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required

Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress

Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs

Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support

Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

Promote positive behaviour and model the school's values at all times

Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges

Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Is patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice

Is confident supporting pupils with SEND, including those with speech and language, SEMH, autism, or learning needs

Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure

Is enthusiastic about contributing to whole-school life
