Night Transport Coordinator
£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Training + Benefits

Do you have previous Transport Planning or Logistics Coordination experience? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced transport environment where quick decisions and strong communication are essential?

As a Night Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing a busy overnight transport operation, coordinating drivers across Northern Ireland and ensuring time-sensitive collections and deliveries are executed efficiently.

Working within a collaborative team, you will manage a reactive transport environment, responding to operational challenges while maintaining high service levels for customers.

Ideally, you will have experience coordinating transport operations, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a time-critical logistics environment.

The Role:

• Coordinate and oversee up to 40 drivers operating nightly across Northern Ireland
• Manage time-sensitive collections from production sites and deliveries into parcel hubs
• Respond to operational issues such as delays, breakdowns or last-minute changes
• Support UK transport operations, assisting with recovery planning and operational adjustments
• Produce nightly operational reports for customers and internal management
• 4on/4off Nights

About You:

• Previous experience within Transport Planning, Logistics Coordination or Fleet Operations
• Experience managing or coordinating driver fleets within a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to operational challenges
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with Transport Management Systems and online platforms
• Knowledge of UK transport operations would be advantageous
