• £14-£19 per hour (Depending on the shift and Home)

We are seeking a number of experienced and compassionate Senior Carers to work on an agency ad-hoc shift basis, providing exceptional care and support to residents in various residential care homes located in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in care who are looking to take on a leadership role in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Administer medications safely and accurately in line with care plans and company policies
Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Monitor residents' health, wellbeing, and behavior, reporting any concerns to senior management or clinical staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with CQC regulations
Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring standards of care are maintained
Assist in the development and review of individual care plans
Promote dignity, respect, and independence among all residents

Essential Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a residential care setting
Full and up-to-date Medication Administration training
A current DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with elderly and vulnerable individuals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience supervising care teams
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and CQC standards
