Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Sandy
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £18
Overtime: Available, paid at 1.5x standard rate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established and respected engineering manufacturing company. This hands-on role involves the fabrication of stainless-steel processing equipment!

Key Responsibilities:

* Welding and fabrication in stainless steel

* Using TIG and Synergic MIG welding processes

* Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

* Using fabrication and sheet metal machinery with an understanding of tolerances and bend allowances

* Working effectively as part of a team, either in the workshop or on client sites

* Following company procedures regarding Health & Safety, quality, and discipline

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in welding and fabrication

* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

* Knowledge of stainless-steel fabrication techniques

* Strong work ethic, good timekeeping, and team spirit

* City & Guilds qualification or a recognised apprenticeship in welding/fabrication (preferred)
