What you’ll do as a Credit Control Advisor As a Credit Control Advisor, you’re the undercurrent driving the business’s cash flow. Your skill is knowing the right things to say to the right people, calmly and professionally, to chase down debt. Every day brings new challenges and new conversations. Cracking the code of tricky business functions and circumstances, you relish the thrill of the chase and the buzz of bringing the cash in. Credit control is the art of strategic financial communication and problem-solving. This Credit Control Advisor role comes with an established process in place for your script. Your focus will be delivering quality credit control work in a busy, transaction-based and target-driven environment. What we’re looking for in a Credit Control Advisor You need to be assertive, with the ability to organise your own workload daily. You will have a knack for objection handling and overcoming obstacles – all whilst keeping a cool head. We’re looking for a thinker – not just a doer, someone who can bring ideas to the table and help us improve and evolve.
