We are looking for a Handyman / Estate Operative to join a residential development in South West London (Near Putney).

HOURS: Full time: 8:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday OR Part time: 8:00am- 13:00pm, Monday to Friday

SALARY: Depending on experience and hours - To be discussed in the interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all residents' bins are checked, emptied daily and taken to site rubbish bin area. All residents' recycling bags removed and taken to site recycling bin area
• All rubbish bins and recycling bins to be taken out of bin area daily, ready for refuse collection
• Regular sweeping and jet washing of all external lightwells
• Regular sweeping of rear external stairs
• Regular sweeping of residents' external balconies and fire escape stairs
• Daily cleaning of staff toilet room
• Weekly cleaning of contractors' toilet room
• Weekly sweeping of staff basement floor area and stairs
• Monthly sweeping of other basement floor areas and stairs
• Reporting of any defects to main reception desk/Deputy Building Manager/Building Manager
