About the Role:

*

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security services sector - manned guarding, mobile patrols, CCTV, alarm response, and more

*

Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to pitch, proposal, and close

*

Build strong relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions

*

Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

*

Targetting customers within the construction and related

About You:

*

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the security industry or related services (facilities, FM, etc.)

*

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field-based sales

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

*

Willingness to travel across Northern Scotland - a full UK driving licence is essential
