In this role, you will oversee all cost-related functions for residential schemes, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts.

You should have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in residential projects and a proven track record of managing complex schemes. Excellent commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders are essential.
