Registered Home Manager required for a residential service (learning disabilities) in the Southend on Sea, Essex area. As a Registered Manager you will need to have previous experience as a manager or a senior role within the care industry.

Our client is a family run health care provider with currently eight services including six care homes in Essex, a supported living service and a day centre. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join the team at one of its services in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care qualification. The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and as well as being confident and reliable, they must have a strong desire to succeed.

•You will provide leadership within the team and lead by example and acts as a champion for resident's safety and dignity.
•To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines.
•Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.

Salary £35-38k dependent on skills/experience
