Are you an aspiring Education Psychologist who wants to gain practical experience in schools and do you have a genuine interest in working with children with Special Educational Needs or Social, Emotional and mental health needs?

This is the perfect opportunity for a dedicated psychology graduate aiming for a successful career in education or Psychology.

This SEN support role is to start in October 2022 and is a temporary contract for the rest of the academic year within a school.

You will be required to work with small groups of students and on a one to one basis across a variety of ages, abilities and needs. The role includes assisting the class teacher and supporting pupils with different activities and lessons with a focus on improving attainment and behaviour. You will be expected to monitor children's progression referring to Individual Education and Behaviour Plans and work closely with the SEN Co-ordinator.

To be successful in this SEN Support role you will need to have:\n* a minimum of a 2:1 in a Psychology based degree\n* an interest in education and SEN\n* excellent communication skills
