The schools provide inclusive education and care for secondary-aged pupils with Autism and a range of complex needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), Non-verbal communication needs, and Challenging behaviours.

What we're looking for:

?? Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, term-time)

?? Essential: Prior experience supporting pupils with ASD in a special school setting

?? Strong commitment to inclusion, patience, and resilience

?? Ability to use creative and adaptive approaches to meet diverse needs

?? A team player who brings positivity and compassion to their role
