Senior Geoenvironmental Engineer - Leeds

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in Leeds is looking to appoint a Senior Geoenvironmental Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility, with a good balance of technical delivery, project management, and mentoring.

You'll be working across a range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, playing a key role in delivering reports and supporting the wider team.

What you'll be doing:

Managing site investigations from planning through to completion
Writing and reviewing Phase I and Phase II reports
Carrying out risk assessments (GQRA/DQRA)
Designing remediation strategies where required
Acting as a point of contact for clients
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Liaising with regulators and ensuring compliance

What we are looking for:

Degree in Geology, Environmental Science or similar
Strong experience within a geoenvironmental / contaminated land role
Confident report writing and interpretation skills
Experience managing projects and overseeing site works
Good understanding of UK guidance and regulations
Chartership (or working towards it) is desirable
