* Location: BATH

* Contract type: Freelance

* Duration: Min 12 weeks

* Temp Rate: £230 per day

My client is a privately owned developer operating in the care sector.

The Project

Development of a 70 bed Care Home

The Role

To work in the position of Finishing Manager and reporting to the Senior Site manager.

Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors and drive the production, completion and handover of the units.

Key Requirements:

* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained

* Proven track record in finishing multiple units, completeing snagging and defects, monitoring trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Site / Project Manager

* SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

* You will have gained 2+ years' experience, ideally working for a developer as a Finishing Manager

* Be able to control subcontract packages
