Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Description

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of cables and raw materials.
Perform electrical, mechanical, and dimensional tests, including continuity, insulation resistance, high-voltage, tensile strength, elongation, and sheath integrity checks.
Ensure products comply with internal standards, BS/IEC specifications, and customer requirements.
Approve or reject materials/products based on inspection results.
Maintain and verify the calibration of test equipment.
Record test results and maintain Certificates of Conformance, analysis reports, and inspection logs.
Maintain accurate quality records in line with company procedures.
Report non-conformance trends and quality metrics.
Prepare documentation to support internal and external audits.
Conduct scheduled internal audits across departments and production lines.
Audit adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support preparation for customer audits and external certification.
Share inspection results and findings with production teams, engineering, and management.

Skills & Experience Required

2-3 years' experience in manufacturing operations; experience in internal auditing is advantageous.
Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions, work accurately under repetitive tasks, and maintain records.
Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to undertake training to develop new skills.
