About the Role

We are seeking aspiring teachers to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.

Successful applicants will:

  • Work across various subject departments, based on your strengths and interests
  • Support teaching and learning in the classroom and small group settings
  • Receive high-quality training and mentoring
  • Develop your understanding of pedagogy and behaviour management
  • Be supported to progress onto a teacher training programme (e.g. PGCE, School Direct, or salaried route)
