Responsibilities:

• Build your knowledge of specialist alloys and high-performance materials used across global industries

• Interpret and assess customer requirements, including technical specs, component lists, and engineering drawings

• Craft tailored quotations that meet client needs and reflect material capabilities

• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers through timely follow-ups and skilled negotiation

• Ensure a smooth sales process by accurately processing and confirming customer orders

Skills/Experience

• Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine willingness to learn

• Strong communication and numeracy skills

• Confident using computers and various systems (training provided)

• No prior experience in the steel industry required - full training will be given

• Proficiency in a second language is beneficial but not mandatory
