This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy, full-service restaurant while developing people, driving standards, and owning the guest experience end-to-end. You'll be stepping into an established brand with a loyal following but still have the autonomy to make an impact where it counts.

- Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership presence - able to hire, train, and build high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of financials: labor, COGS, and cost control
- Passion for hospitality and creating a standout guest experience
- Ability to balance the floor, the people, and the numbers without missing a beat
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing FOH management and staff
- Driving service standards and ensuring consistency across the board
- Managing P&L, scheduling, and overall financial performance
- Partnering with culinary leadership to maintain a cohesive operation
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $100,000
