* Salary 1-12 weeks : £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
* Full Time Salary : £33k - £36k pa +Team Bonus

We're hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a well-known high street furniture retailer.
Duties of role
* Handling incoming calls, emails & live chats.
* Provide effective & professional communications
* Resolve customer complaints & queries
* Update customers records & documentation
* Take control of customers issues from start to finish
About the person
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Confident and customer focussed
* Prior experience working towards KPIs
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday = 9am-8pm
* Saturday & Sunday = 9am-6pm
* Shift Pattern rotated on a 6-week rota
