Keeler Recruitment have been engaged by a dynamic, growing multi-site business to assist them in recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the business owner and working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and ensuring the business maintains strong control and agility in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to interpret financial results, highlight trends, and support performance improvement
Analyse management accounts and extract key insights to support decision-making across multiple sites
Lead on planning, reforecasting, and scenario modelling with clear cash flow analysis
Take ownership of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting
Develop profitability models and provide analysis across different business streams
Review pricing strategies and advise on margin improvement
Monitor key cost lines and work with teams to identify efficiencies
Prepare financial models and business cases for investment and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
Strong background in commercial finance, management accounting, or business partnering
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
Clear communicator, able to influence and support non-finance colleagues
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Multi-site, retail, hospitality, or operational business experience desirable (but not essential)
