Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator in the Halesowen area.

Our client is a specialises in small batch work, and covers a variety of sectors including aerospace and automotive industries.

Details of a CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator

* Monday - Friday

* £14 £22ph

* 6am - 2pm OR 7am - 3pm

Role of a CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator

* To Programme Set and operate CNC Vertical Milling Machines to run efficiently

* Set machines for operators

* To accurately read and interpret engineering drawings Metric and English

* To accurately produce CNC programs to manufacture products, ontime and to exact customer specifications using One CNC Cad Cam Software XR6.

* Assist in the development of new and existing manufacturing processes and procedures to optimise performance.

* Responsible for machining own jigs and fixtures.

* To help train/develop other personnel in all aspects of the cell.

Requirements of a CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator

* Experience of setting and programming Haas and DaiLih Vmc (Fanuc Controls)

* Experience within a manufacturing environment
