As a Sous Chef focused on high-volume retail catering, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and service across fast-paced outlets and large-scale events. If you thrive in lively environments and love managing the turnaround of 400+ lunches daily, this is the perfect role for you.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £32,000-£35,000 per year (£615-£673 per week based on 40 hours), with potential overtime opportunities

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

* Proven operational experience in high-volume retail catering environments

* Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate with strong knowledge of HACCP and COSHH

* Prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with company standards

* Manage stock levels efficiently to minimise waste

* Conduct daily food safety checks and ensure allergen compliance

* Collaborate closely with kitchen and store teams to maintain smooth service

* MUST have own transport
