Trade Mastermind is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. As a leading provider of business education for tradespeople across the UK, we empower individuals to grow and scale successful businesses through innovative training and mentorship programmes.

This is a fully office-based role at our Peterborough headquarters. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and strategic marketing professional who is passionate about digital advertising and has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

* Develop and implement high-impact Facebook advertising campaigns focused on lead generation

* Conduct in-depth audience and market research to ensure precise targeting and maximum reach

Creative Development & Campaign Execution

* Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and offers tailored to our audience

* Utilise A/B testing to continuously optimise performance

* Set up, manage, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and placements

Funnel & Lead Generation Optimisation

* Design and manage lead generation funnels including landing pages, lead forms, and automated follow-up sequences

* Ensure a smooth, high-conversion user journey from first click to enrolment

Tracking, Reporting & Analysis

* Implement tracking mechanisms, including Facebook Pixel and conversion events

* Analyse campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights

Continuous Development

* Stay up to date with Facebook's evolving ad platform, industry trends, and advertising best practices

* Proactively test new strategies, formats, and creative approaches to enhance lead generation efforts

Requirements

* Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with strong lead generation results

* Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and ad optimisation techniques

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-led decisions

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
