Are you a recent graduate looking to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners? Do you possess a passion for education and a drive to support the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant secondary schools in Romford.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning and academic development.
Collaborate with teachers to develop learning materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with the planning and execution of educational activities and school events.
Requirements:

A degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
