Tax Manager - Financial Services
Our client, a leading advisory firm with a strong presence in the financial services sector, is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to their growing specialist team. This opportunity offers a blend of complex technical work, client interaction, and people leadership, with clear scope for further progression.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, delivering both tax compliance and international tax advisory services.
Support cross-border transactions with technical and commercial insight.
Keep clients informed of developments in the global tax landscape and assess the impact of changing legislation.
Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
Develop existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
Work collaboratively with advisory and audit colleagues to provide integrated client solutions and support wider firm growth.
Candidate Profile:
ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
Minimum of 3-4 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a financial services-focused tax team.
Strong technical expertise, with a solutions-driven approach.
Experience in Asset Management and/or Insurance sectors is advantageous.
Confident operating independently and as part of a wider team.
Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
Commercially aware, motivated, and committed to a long-term career in practice.
