RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is located in the Bronx, NY that is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Application Support Specialist will own data collection process and ensuring the accuracy in reporting (daily review/massaging of the data) Synthesize the data in a way that would be useful for the leadership team
  • Own technical operational processes ensuring they're being followed and optimized
  • Own the ERP - Understand and know how to trouble shoot as needed
  • As a Application Support Specialist you will own Scaling and Scanning systems - Understand and know how to trouble shoot as needed
  • Willingness to take on side projects as needed to improve the business
  • Create tickets for MSSP partner by documenting and reporting issues and all prominent details
  • Train & provide support to employee staff on new application implementations and/or improved processes
  • Learn new technologies and participate in vendor training and certification programs
  • Application Support Specialists escalate service requests to partner MSSP that require engineer level support
  • Help organization migrate to a new ERP system


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience supporting an ERP system and/or migration to a new ERP system
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work and be available during early morning shift EST
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Recent experience troubleshooting various technology
  • Self-motivated and high level of enthusiasm
  • Take a personal interest in, and responsibility for quality of work performed
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail while dealing with a robust flow of issues
  • Ability to articulate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people
