Assembly Operative - Yatton (BS49)
Abatec Recruitment is currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client's team in Yatton.

* Monday to Friday

* 07.00 - 15.00

* Temp to Perm

We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual with a strong mechanical aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves assembling small parts as part of a process, where attention to detail is absolutely key to ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Duties:

* Assemble components following detailed specifications and diagrams.

* Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers) and power tools (drills, saws) to complete tasks.

* Carry out quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.

* Report material or process issues promptly to supervisors.

Skills & Experience:

* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes.

* Proven ability to work with both hand and power tools.

* Previous assembly or warehouse experience is desirable.

* Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with small parts.

* Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
