Reeson Education is recruiting flexible Learning Support Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Enfield on a daily supply basis. This role is ideal for a Learning Support Assistant who enjoys varied work, supporting different year groups, different SEN needs, and adapting to new environments.

As a daily supply Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs, ensuring they have continuity when regular staff are absent. Schools across Edmonton, Southgate, Enfield Town and Palmers Green are seeking dependable Learning Support Assistants they can call on throughout the week.

Learning Support Assistant Role Information:

Rate: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: Immediate

Working Pattern: Choose the days you're available

Location: Primary schools across Enfield

Contract: Daily supply / bank staff

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN

Supporting classroom learning and pupil engagement

Assisting with behaviour management strategies

Helping with small-group interventions when needed

Creating a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment

Learning Support Assistant Requirements:

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or similar SEN role

Confidence working with a range of SEN needs

Strong adaptability and ability to build rapport quickly

Excellent communication and a positive attitude

Reliability and availability for short-notice bookings
