• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong Python programming and AWS experience
• Experience in the full process from deploying models to production to monitoring and improving them
• Experience training models and working with LLMs
• A passion for pushing boundaries in technology
• Great problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and communication skills
