The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential New builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

They have a turnover or around £10 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team.

They deliver some of the finest homes the South Coast has to offer - typically contract values sit between £3 Million - £10 Million.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on a £5 million new build project in Sussex.

This project is a modern new build with an incredibly high level of fit out and finish,.

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds around the £3 million - £10 million mark.

The Site Manager - Requirements

High end residential experience £2 million + budgets
Experiences in fine finishes
Carpentry Background is preffered
Solid IT skills
Excellent organisational & team management skills
