We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Drama Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a thriving "Outstanding" Special School located in Islington.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Drama Graduate who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a Special School setting, particularly within the SEN sector. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive on-the-job education and training to help you develop the skills required for a future career in education, therapy, youth work, or the arts.

The Role:

• Based in a supportive SEN school in Islington
• Assisting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs through "Skills for Life" activities
• Using drama and creative expression to support communication and build confidence
• Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to children with ASD

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent Drama Graduate
• Passionate about inclusive education and creative learning
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Eager to receive education and training in the field of SEN
• Able to commit to a full-time role in Islington
