Salary: £45,000 base + Bonus Scheme
Hours: 48 hours per week

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins of a newly refurbished, high-turnover flagship venue that offers both full-service dining and takeaway. With a large team of 40+ and a dual-site setup, this is an incredible opportunity for a Senior General Manager or Multi-Site Manager looking to step into a pivotal, performance-driven role.

Operations Manager - What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, supporting and motivating a large team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Driving operational performance across all areas, identifying and implementing improvements

*

Managing HR matters and supporting your line manager with day-to-day duties

*

Taking full responsibility for compliance, health & safety, and brand standards

*

Ensuring consistent communication and effective team development

Managing product quality, food delivery standards, and customer satisfaction

*

Maintaining commercial excellence and achieving key business KPIs
