We are looking for experience leadership skills, in a quality driven enviroment, and ideally with a background in a business going through rapid growth.
Core skills
Clear knowledge of the importance of receiving good customer service
Experience is leading and nurturing and successful working environment
Ability to be analytical, being able to oversee where areas aren't performing well and adapt the situation to turn things around.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR principles within legislation and government guidelines
An effective communicator with an eye for detailEssentials
Managed cross divisional departments - including customer services, sales administration, financial services, and credit control
Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
Experience of designing and managing KPI's
