Job Title: Painter - Damp & Mould Treatments

Location: Kensington & Chelsea (W8)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (40hrs per week)

Pay: £25.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - No CIS/LTD

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term

Duties: The job entails treating damp and mould - stripping wall paper and paint when completed - Also carry out work in Void properties and communal blocks

Notes: Van supplied, fuel card supplied, plant supplied but must have own tools as required. Must have previous experience in Social Housing works. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS prior to starting
