This is what the role looks like for a Talent Consultant:
Business Development
- Developing new business opportunities through a qualified sales pipeline.
- Creating a compelling sales strategy which uses every tool imaginable.
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to develop sales pipeline.
- Sourcing and following up on new leads.
- Booking and attending client meetings both face to face and via video call.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Attending and hosting networking events.
- Building a personal brand and following on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Agreeing terms of business and commercials with clients.
Recruitment
- Taking a full job briefing from clients.
- Writing job advertisements for our website and social media platforms.
- Qualifying candidates’ suitability and offering support and career advice.
- Meeting with candidates face to face to conduct a formal interview (competency, biographical).
- Profiling CVS to send to employers.
- Coordinating interviews and keep all parties updated.
- Offering interview preparation advice.
- Adhering to all compliance and background checks for candidates.
- Following the offer and onboarding processes.
- Administration including writing and sending emails and updated company CRM.
This is what you will have under your belt:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- An understanding of business.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in MS Word, Teams, Zoom and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Must be agile.
- Hungry for success.
