About the Role

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday. Home working will be accommodated 2 days per week.

What You'll be Doing

Drafting Wills and LPAs
Engrossing final Wills and registering executed documents.
Applying for Grants of Probate 
Providing advice and guidance to clients in respect of wills and probate matters, ensuring they are kept regularly updated
Preparing and issuing accurate quotes to prospective clients
Preparing probate administration letters and dealing with estate administration
Covering for the supervising fee earner as required, ensuring matters progress smoothly in their absence 
Opening, closing and archiving filesWho We're Looking For:

Suitable Candidates Will Have:

Previous Wills and Probate fee earning experience (essential)
Law Degree or above (preferred)
Excellent client care skills and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
