We’re excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, specialising in the Catering and Hospitality sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a catering background who is looking to move into recruitment or further develop their recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, our CRM (Bullhorn), and other platforms
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Taking detailed job briefs and creating effective job adverts
• Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
• Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring process
• Negotiating offers and managing expectations of clients and candidates
• Providing a consultative, honest, and professional service throughout

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in catering or hospitality (desirable)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, proactive, and tenacious personality
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
• Driving license & Own Vehicle (essential)
