Job Description -- Administrative Assistant:
You will be the hub of our operation. The entire team will depend on your skillful interaction. Of course, you'll greet customers and vendors both by phone and in person, and make them feel special. You'll schedule events and meetings, assist with preparing reports, record keeping, and making everything at HQ flow smoothly. You'll handle light bookkeeping and oversee AP.
Specific duties include:
Use of Microsoft Office
Filing and document management
Occasional office errands
Experience with accounting and project management programs a plus.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to input data into spreadsheets, documents and office management programs.
Strong inter personal skills
A pleasant demeanor, even when you need to firmly say no.
A desire to learn. A true self starter.
