About the Role - As EYFS Lead, you will:

Oversee the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum across the setting.
Lead a team of practitioners to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Monitor progress and ensure children meet early learning goals.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child's development.

You will also take on a teaching role within the EYFS classroom, delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs.What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience in EYFS leadership or senior teaching
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
