Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their team. Set within acres of beautiful land, the nursery offers a large outdoor play area, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children's development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and OFSTED standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual development of all children
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their learning journey
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
