• Working with small groups of pupils

• Providing intervention support

• Support for Nursery ansd Reception students

• Some experience working with Nursery children or in a school

• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils

• Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils

• Level 2/3 support staff qualification

• A Primary School with a Good Ofsted rating

• Supportive leadership and a low student-to-teacher ratio
