Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

Monitor budgets and maintain accurate financial records

Support payroll processing and timesheet management for supply staff

Liaise with schools and educational professionals regarding payments and queries

Assist with monthly and year-end reporting

Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (education sector experience advantageous)

Strong working knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
