Contract Salesforce Trainer - Hybrid

My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to design and deliver an engaging training programme for a UK&I Sales Cloud rollout. You'll empower users of all levels to make the most of Salesforce, adopt best practices, and embrace new tools and processes.

3 month initial contract - £500 - £600 per day inside Ir35

What you'll do:

Create and deliver tailored training for beginner to advanced users

Run live, in-person, and virtual workshops via Teams

Produce user guides, video tutorials, and self-paced learning resources (including for digital adoption platforms)

Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly

Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing user support

Monitor training impact and enhance materials based on feedback

What you'll bring:

3+ years' experience training Salesforce end users

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Skilled in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training content

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides, LMS platforms, and video tools

Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) is a plus
