The Role
You’ll support on a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, working closely with senior team members while steadily building your own case ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with and managing aspects of CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
- Preparing reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
- Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Supporting investigations into company affairs
- Assisting with asset realisations and case progression
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
