The Role

You’ll support on a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, working closely with senior team members while steadily building your own case ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with and managing aspects of CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
  • Preparing reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
  • Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
  • Supporting investigations into company affairs
  • Assisting with asset realisations and case progression
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

  • Experience in insolvency or a similar professional environment
