The Role

As Night Shift Hygiene Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the hygiene team across all night shift operations

Ensuring full compliance with food safety, BRC, and customer standards

Driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes and documentation

Collaborating with production, technical, and engineering teams to support site-wide initiatives

Managing audits, training, and corrective actions with confidence and clarity

Supporting cultural change and embedding high standards during a period of transformation
